Gypsy Distillery features craft made cocktails with Michigan made Gypsy Spirits. Our full spirit line-up consists of Gypsy Vodka, Gypsy Apple Pie (seasonal), Petoskey Stone Gin, Petoskey Stone Fossilized Gin, Mackinac Island Aged Rum, Mackinac Island Vanilla Cinnamon Rum, Mackinac Island Banana Rum, and Gypsy Whiskey. Our cocktail menu is seasonally rotating, so there will always be new delicious creations to enjoy.

Harbor Springs local Florencio Beltran and his wife Olivia have managed and operated some of the best restaurants throughout Michigan. Feeling the urge to come back to the North the duo opened a food truck in the summer of 2021. The dream team saw success in what was supposed to be a summer get-away in Northern Michigan and decided it was time to bring Florencio’s famous family recipes to the masses of Northern Michigan. Libe Lula specializes in out of this world Mexican cuisine with a twist only someone like King Florence could create.
